Aquent is seeking a Direct Response Data Manager for a fixed-term engagement from October 26, 2026 to January 31, 2027. This role is fully remote within U.S.

business hours, with complete overlap to ET/CT, and spans strategy, creative, and technical data operations during the peak fundraising period. You will validate and author data instructions, maintain the client data guidebook and line-by-line data dictionary, support grid creation and donor selects, and perform rigorous QA on mail files to

Qualifications

• 3+ years in direct response data management, including donor segmentation and write data instructions.
• 2+ years hands-on SQL with relational databases.
• Knowledge of ETL, data warehousing, and data quality practices.
• Ability to adapt to proprietary data platforms with client-facing duties.
• Immediate availability for start on October 26, 2026, during U.S. business hours (ET/CT).

Responsibilities

• Validate, author, and update data instructions for strategy and data ops.
• Maintain client data guidebook and data dictionary; document new rules.
• Support grid creation, donor selects, and campaign handoffs for clean inputs.
• Perform quality control on data files and audit mail outputs for campaign fidelity.
• Serve as escalation point for data quality issues with clients.
• Uphold data governance and PII handling standards.
• Create standardized templates and docs for knowledge transfer.
