O’Connell Digital Media Group is seeking a direct-response copywriter and creative strategist to own every aspect of ad development, from big ideas to final cuts. This fully remote, full-time role offers a transparent, performance-driven culture with strong compensation and health benefits.

You will write long-form video ad scripts and static ads for paid social, pushing high-ROAS campaigns for top advertisers while collaborating with editors and a driven team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of direct-response video scripting for paid social or YouTube, with measurable results.
• Ability to craft long-form video ads and static ads that scale on Meta and Google.
• Strong understanding of hooks, hold rates, CTR, CPA and ROAS.

Responsibilities

• Own ads from concept to final cut, including big idea, brief, script, and handoff to editors.
• Provide precise revision notes and ensure ads meet client requirements and timelines.
• Collaborate with editors and account directors to deliver high-performing ads across multiple clients.
