Job summary

TNT Growth Corp is seeking a Direct Mail Account Manager to own end-to-end client relationships for a portfolio of direct mail accounts. You will manage timelines, coordinate with internal teams (creative, data, print vendors), and ensure on-time delivery, clear status updates, and exceptional client experience.

• Highly organized; can manage multiple moving parts without repeated prompting.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of direct mail accounts from brief to mail drop.
• Coordinate with internal teams (creative, data, print vendors) to hit deadlines.
• Provide proactive status updates and manage risks with proposed solutions.
• Ensure accuracy, timely drops, and strong client experience.
• Document approvals, list specs, drop dates, and performance recaps.
