Job summary

EmployBridge is seeking a Search Consultant - Direct Hire Recruiter/Inside Sales for a remote role that must reside in Dallas. You will source, screen, and present candidates for direct hire positions to clients.

Responsibilities include client intake, recruiting plans, pipeline management, and maintaining accurate candidate data in CRM; you will work with leadership to meet production goals and ensure high service levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2-4 years of business experience in a related field.
• Must live in the U.S. for this position.
• Experience in direct hire recruiting or inside sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source, recruit and interview candidates for direct hire placements.
• Lead client intake calls to understand needs and discuss process.
• Develop and implement recruiting plans to source top talent.
• Manage multiple recruiting resources to maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Maintain candidate and client information in the CRM with accurate updates.
• Invoice clients and monitor placement processes through the guarantee period.
• Partner with leadership to set activity and production targets.
