Job summary

TechTrans International seeks a Government Property and Procurement Manager/Deputy Program Manager in Houston or remote US to oversee property accountability, procurement compliance, and program coordination.

Active DoD Secret clearance is required, with strong experience in FAR/DFARS, logistics, and international engagements. You will manage property systems, interface with government and industry partners, and ensure timely deliverables.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance or ability to obtain Top Secret.
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (equivalent experience considered).
• Minimum 7 years of government contract management or logistics experience.
• Experience with FAR/DFARS and government property requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate official visits and engagements involving senior government officials and dignitaries.
• Develop itineraries for international delegations adhering to diplomatic protocol.
• Draft and manage briefs, invitations, and speeches for executives.
• Plan high-profile conferences, ceremonies, and international meetings.
• Serve as liaison among government agencies, international partners, and private sector groups.
• Coordinate travel, security, transportation, and accommodations for official visitors.
• Advise leadership on protocol, etiquette, and diplomacy.
• Build relationships with domestic and international partners.
