Job summary

RTX seeks a Government Property Administrator to manage the property system across acquisition, identification, utilization, maintenance, inventory, and disposition. You will work with DCMA, suppliers, and contracts personnel to ensure compliance and accountability.

Requires university degree or equivalent with 5+ years of related experience, or an advanced degree with 3+ years. DoD clearance eligibility and knowledge of FAR/DFARS are essential.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience; 5+ years in a related field, or an advanced degree with 3+ years.
• Experience in Government Property, Asset Management, Property, Operations, or Supply Chain.
• Experience with FAR Part 52 and Part 45, DFARS Part 252 and Part 245, and interpreting contract clauses.

Responsibilities

• Support audits by coordinating activities and participating in audit processes.
• Maintain accurate property records and perform property transactions across the lifecycle.
• Monitor property system performance and analyze data to improve processes.
• Collaborate on process improvements and standardize procedures across the organization.
• Validate ownership, maintenance, utilization, storage, and disposition of assets.
