Qualifications

• Fluency in Dinka and English with strong cultural awareness.
• Excellent listening, retention and note-taking abilities.
• Remain neutral and professional on all interpreting calls.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• At least 18 years of age and able to pass pre-employment checks.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to interpreting sessions and maintain a friendly, professional manner.
• Interpret conversations accurately, following established protocol.
• Speak clearly in both languages with proper pronunciation and etiquette.
• Maintain professionalism and calm during high-stress calls (e.g., emergency situations).
• Work remotely from a quiet home office with reliable tech and internet.
• Understand industry terminology across Medical, Insurance, Finance and Law.
