Job summary

JBS International is seeking a high-impact Digital Automation & Solutions Lead to establish and lead a modern digital capability across automation, low-code/no-code solutions, data enablement, analytics, and practical AI applications. This leader will define strategy, build governance, and deliver hands-on solutions while scaling a sustainable capability in an early-stage environment.

The role partners with Digital Services and client teams to deliver measurable business outcomes through

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science or related technology field.
Experience: 8+ years in digital solutions, automation, analytics, data platforms, or solution architecture with hands-on work using low-code/workflow platforms (monday.com, Smartsheet, Power Platform) and analytics/data platforms (Snowflake, BI tools, SQL, Salesforce).
Knowledge: Python and SQL programming required. AI use cases integration into scalable solutions.
Competencies: Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder enablement.
Location: Remote with hybrid option near North Bethesda, MD or San Mateo, CA.
Security Clearance: May vary by assignment.

Responsibilities

Lead hands-on solution design and delivery across automation, low-code/no-code, data enablement, analytics, and AI applications.
Design, build, and implement workflow automation and business solutions using the listed platforms.
Develop reusable accelerators, templates, and scalable frameworks for rapid delivery.
Establish governance, security, and best practices aligned with organizational standards.
Mentor staff in low-code/no-code delivery, workflow design, and solution governance.
Partner with stakeholders to improve operational efficiency through process redesign and automation.
Support broader adoption of automation capabilities across the organization.
