JBS International seeks a high-impact Digital Automation & Solutions Lead to establish and lead a modern digital capability spanning automation, low-code/no-code solutions, data enablement, analytics, and AI applications.

This player-coach role combines strategy, governance, and hands-on delivery to build a scalable, enterprise-grade capability that delivers measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science or related technology field.
• 8+ years of hands-on digital solutions, automation, analytics, data platforms, or solution architecture.
• 5+ years of analytics and data platforms experience (Snowflake, BI tools, SQL, Salesforce) including dashboards and insights.
• Python and SQL programming skills are required.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder enablement skills.
• Location: Remote with potential hybrid near North Bethesda, MD or San Mateo, CA offices.

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on design and delivery of digital solutions using low-code/workflow platforms.
• Build governance, reusable templates, and scalable solution patterns for enterprise use.
• Mentor staff in low-code/no-code delivery, workflow design, and governance.
• Partner with stakeholders to improve operational efficiency via process redesign and automation.
• Deliver end-to-end automation, dashboards, and reporting for business units.
• Establish intake and delivery approaches for digital initiatives and scalable operating models.
