Job summary

SendingCell is seeking a Digital Solutions Coordinator to support the delivery of interactive portals and training experiences built in Virtuoso. You will work with the Delivery Lead and Digital Solutions Specialist on coordination, configuration, QA, and documenting deployments.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced team focused on digital experiences for life sciences clients, with opportunities to grow technical and project-delivery skills while ensuring projects stay on track and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
0–2 years of experience in project coordination, digital implementation, or related role.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail and ability to prioritize.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365; experience with Monday.com, Notion, PMA Database, and basic HTML.

Responsibilities

Coordinate day-to-day project activities with the Delivery Lead and Digital Solutions Specialist; maintain schedules and task lists.
Handle configuration, content updates, portal setup, uploads, and implementation tasks within Virtuoso for standard deployments and enhancements.
Perform quality checks to ensure implementation accuracy, support launch preparation, and escalate issues or blockers.
Coordinate internal meetings, document actions, participate in planning, and support handoffs across project phases.
Maintain accurate project documentation, implementation records, meeting summaries, tracking, and status reports.
