Job summary

Bayview Fund Management, LLC is seeking an Associate Digital Project Specialist to support the development, execution, and management of digital customer experience initiatives within our marketing team.

The role involves coordinating technical marketing projects, working with engineering, UX/UI, analytics, compliance, QA/UAT, and marketing stakeholders to move projects from concept through launch and post-launch management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Information Systems, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, digital project coordination, product support, or related roles; mortgage servicing/financial services experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with ability to handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate digital customer experience initiatives from small enhancements to large cross-functional projects.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, stakeholder communications, approvals, and launch readiness.
• Maintain project documentation including requirements, user stories, QA/UAT findings, and compliance feedback.
