Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Digital Solutions Business Analyst with PMIS expertise to support large capital programs. You will analyze business processes, design digital transformation strategies, and implement PMIS across multiple platforms including COTS and in-house solutions.

Role offers flexible work arrangements and travel up to 25%. Responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders, defining requirements, and translating needs into system configurations and dashboards for program delivery

Qualifications

• BS in CS, Engineering, Construction Management, or other technical field or demonstrated equivalent experience or education
• 4+ years of PMIS experience within capital programs or project controls environments
• Experience implementing PMIS platforms such as Kahua, Trimble e-Builder, Procore, Primavera Unifier, or similar
• Proven knowledge of capital improvement program management and construction contract management
• MS Office including Visio and MS Project
• Travel up to 25% may be required

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain knowledge of current and emerging technologies including analytics, automation, and AI-enabled solutions
• Work with client stakeholders to identify challenges, opportunities, and business needs related to program delivery
• Define and document as-is business processes, KPIs, and requirements
• Develop digital transformation roadmaps and change management strategies
• Evaluate existing processes, systems, and technologies and define improvement requirements
• Translate requirements into system configurations, workflows, data dictionaries, use cases and dashboards
• Participate in discovery, design, testing, implementation, training, and rollout of software
• Support solution design, configuration, and validation activities with APgMT resources
