AECOM seeks an Entry-Level Digital Solutions Business Analyst for PMIS to support the Adaptive Program Management Technologies team. This role develops business analysis skills across PMIS platforms and participates in full software development lifecycle for digital solutions.

Work arrangements are flexible, with options for remote, hybrid, or on-site at any AECOM office. Ideal candidates bring knowledge of construction tech and strong communication to translate client needs into software

Qualificações

• BS in Construction Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Familiarity with commercial construction technologies.
• Familiarity with project controls for construction projects.
• Familiarity with capital improvement program and construction contract management.
• Ability to facilitate requirements gatherings and document business processes.
• Ability to translate client needs into software requirements.
• MS Office including Visio and MS Project.

Responsabilidades

• Define and document as-is business processes and program requirements.
• Analyze processes to improve efficiency, data quality, and decision-making.
• Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to improve project delivery.
• Translate requirements into system configurations and reports.
• Participate in discovery, requirements gathering, design, testing, and rollout activities.
