Job summary

Arrow Electronics, through AspenCore, seeks a Digital Sales Operations - Account management professional to oversee post-sale activities for assigned client accounts. You will manage campaigns, bookings, and fulfillment while partnering with internal teams to meet KPIs and grow client relationships.

The role requires experience in sales operations or account management, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with hybrid Denver-area requirements.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in business, or a related field preferred.
• Professional experience in sales support, sales operations or customer service role.
• 2-5 years of Sales Operations or Account Management experience
• Experience in Ad Tech and/or Digital Account Management is preferrable
• Experience in the media and/or electronics industry is highly desirable.
• Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team on client campaign tasks including IO/contracts, inventory checks, and fulfillment.
• Manage client campaign bookings in CRM (Salesforce) and other systems.
• Book and manage media inventory based on campaign needs.
• Collaborate with sales and other teams to ensure KPIs are met.
• Provide regular updates or revisions on campaigns.
• Monitor campaigns, provide detailed reports and insights to improve performance and retention.
• Address client inquiries promptly and effectively.
• Meet regularly with team to discuss progress and improvements in sales operations.
