ADP is seeking a Digital Sales Associate in the United States. You will sell ADP solutions—payroll, tax, HR, and benefits—to new and existing clients, from Fortune 100 to small businesses.

You’ll use digital tools, build your book of business, and enjoy a high-velocity training environment with a focus on autonomy and work-life balance. The role emphasizes consultative partnership with CFOs and HR/payroll admins, with daily goals, a Monday–Friday schedule, and remote appointments; travel is not

Qualifications

• Two or more years of sales experience or completion of a sales internship.
• Military experience can help build client relationships and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Sell ADP solutions to new and existing clients using digital tools.
• Close sales, win business, and meet sales goals within assigned geography.
• Cultivate relationships within existing accounts to drive additional business.
• Collaborate with internal partners and act as an ADP ambassador to clients.
