Job summary

For Our Future is seeking a Digital Program Manager in Wisconsin. The role is remote with occasional in-person meetings. You will build digital organizing programs to mobilize voters and collaborate across departments to maximize program impact.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in digital content and social media, strong writing, and familiarity with Canva/Adobe tools. This is a remote role based in Wisconsin with up to 25% travel.

Qualifications

• Must be based in Wisconsin.
• 2–4 years of digital content development and social media management.
• Experience with digital organizing and planning for campaigns.
• Experience building and engaging volunteer communities.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Experience in politics or organizing environments; IEOS preferred.
• Proficient with Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an innovative online and offline volunteer recruitment program.
• Advise leadership on strategic digital needs and content development.
• Set regional digital priorities and resource allocation.
• Monitor KPIs and coach regional directors on digital programs.
• Create long and short term digital content strategies and social plans.
• Meet with regional directors to guide digital communications.
