For Our Future Action Fund is seeking a Digital Program Manager in Pennsylvania with strong skills in content creation, digital organizing, and volunteer engagement to drive innovative online and offline voter outreach. The role involves collaborating across departments, building digital content strategies, and coaching regional teams to maximize impact.

The position is remote with occasional in-person meetings in Pennsylvania, reporting to state leadership, and offering a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in digital content development and social media management.
• Experience with digital organizing and planning in support of field, electoral, and/or issue campaigns.
• Experience building, managing, and engaging volunteer communities.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and emerging digital trends.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an innovative Network Organizing program focused on online and offline volunteer recruitment, retention, and voter engagement.
• Serve as the digital lead for the state, advising leadership on strategic needs and developing bespoke digital content.
• Set statewide and regional digital organizing priorities and allocate resources for the Network Organizing program.
• Establish and monitor Network Organizing KPIs and provide coaching to Regional Directors to maximize impact.
• Create and execute long and short-term digital content strategies, including statewide social plans, monitoring feedback from social media.
