For Our Future is seeking a Digital Program Manager in Michigan with remote work options. The role involves developing digital organizing programs, coordinating with state and national teams, and guiding volunteer engagement across regions.

Expect data-driven content strategy, leadership in digital communications, and nationwide collaboration. The role emphasizes leadership, strategic planning, and practical execution in a progressive field program with travel up to 25% and a compensation range

Qualifications

• Must be based in the state of Michigan.
• 2–4 years of experience in digital content development and social media management.
• Experience with digital organizing and planning in support of field, electoral, and/or issue campaigns.
• Experience building, managing, and engaging volunteer communities.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, internet culture, and emerging digital trends.
• Excellent written communication skills and a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a busy office with enthusiasm and optimism.
• Experience in politics, coalitions, firms, or organizing environments.
• Creativity with design; proficiency with Canva and Adobe CreativeSuite.
• Experience with video/photo capture and editing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a Network organizing program focused on online and offline volunteer recruitment, retention, and voter engagement.
• Advise state leadership on digital needs and lead bespoke content development.
• Set digital priorities and allocate resources for the Network Organizing program.
• Monitor key performance metrics and coach Regional Organizing Directors.
• Create and execute long and short-term digital content strategies and social plans.
• Meet regularly with Regional Organizing Directors for strategic direction.
• Oversee growth and management of the Network Organizing volunteer community and trainings.
