For Our Future is seeking a Deputy Organizing Director to manage Wisconsin's organizing staff and programs, coordinating with state leadership and national teams to implement campaign plans and statewide issue advocacy. The role focuses on building a strategic electoral program, coaching organizers, and driving performance across regions.

Qualifications

• 2+ campaign cycles with at least 1 cycle of organizing and management.
• Commitment to grassroots, local organizing and empowering state/local organizations to lead our work.
• Experience recruiting, hiring and managing staff from diverse backgrounds; remote management.
• Experience with program management across multiple internal departments for statewide campaigns.
• Demonstrated knowledge of effective electoral plans, targeting, GOTV and best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines; strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Lead a results-driven organizing and direct voter contact program with state leadership and national staff.
• Manage day-to-day operations of regional organizing teams and evaluate program impact.
• Report organizing metrics and accomplishments to state leadership and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Digital Program Manager on traditional and digital organizing priorities.
• Maintain volunteer engagement across FOFAF platforms and community hub.
• Meet and exceed benchmarks for voter contact, grassroots and digital engagement.
