Qualifications

Minimum 3 years in product scoping, discovery, backlog ownership in Agile environments or 3+ years with enterprise platforms, APIs, middleware, or orchestration tech.
Experience partnering with engineering and architecture teams on systems thinking, design, integration patterns, data flows, reliability, and scalability.
Proven track record delivering measurable outcomes with KPIs and product metrics.

Responsibilities

Create and drive product strategy for one or more products in the digital portfolio.
Decompose complex problems into backlog items and prioritize for the Product Team.
Define and manage metrics to measure success and inform strategy.
Manage the product backlog, vision, and provide timely stakeholder feedback on iterations.
Coach team members on collaboration, discovery, test design, and rollout.
Break down complex technical problems into deliverable increments.
Prioritize capabilities to improve service automation, interoperability, and operational effectiveness.
