Job summary

Allstate seeks a Digital Product Manager Expert to lead strategy, roadmap, and delivery of security-focused products that protect enterprise assets and enable secure-by-default development practices for the Product Security team.

The role combines strong product management with security principles, DevSecOps, and modern engineering workflows, leveraging AI to optimize workflows and enhance security operations and product processes.

Qualifications

A minimum of 5 years' experience conducting product scoping, discovery, framing, owning and managing a backlog.
Minimum 1 year coaching and mentoring product managers across a tech organization.
Strong understanding of security principles, secure SDLC, and DevSecOps practices.
Proven ability to define success metrics, make data-driven decisions, and plan for long-term impact.
Experience with Agile product delivery, backlog management, ceremonies and iter incremental releases.

Responsibilities

Define product strategy, vision, roadmaps, and success metrics for security products.
Plan for scalability and future security needs in enterprise environments.
Incorporate AI to automate tasks and improve decision making.
Collaborate with engineering and security teams to deliver secure-by-default capabilities.
Manage backlog, write user stories, and drive iterative releases using Agile methodologies.
Enable data-driven decisions with KPIs and risk reporting for adoption optimization.
