Job summary

Allstate Insurance is seeking a Digital Product Manager for the Network Connectivity team within the ACE organization. You will partner with Network Connectivity Engineering and other teams to design innovative solutions, pilot capabilities, and deliver products that meet evolving business needs.

The role emphasizes product strategy, roadmaps, analytics, stakeholder communication, and budget management across LAN/WAN, cloud networking, and enterprise tech domains.

Qualifications

• Proven product management experience in enterprise technology domains (Network Connectivity, Cloud Networking, etc.).
• Experience delivering across multiple Agile release cycles using Jira/Azure DevOps.
• Experience with LAN, WAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, VPN, SASE, or cloud networking solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop, own, and communicate the vision and strategy for Network Connectivity capabilities.
• Conduct market and user research to identify trends and needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch new digital products.
• Maintain a product roadmap aligned with business goals and customer needs.
• Write & groom stories, prioritize, and manage the backlog.
• Monitor product performance using analytics and make data-driven decisions.
• Communicate progress to stakeholders and partners.
• Manage product budgets and resources.
