Job summary

Allstate Insurance Co. is seeking an experienced Digital Product Manager to lead strategy, roadmap and delivery of security-focused products that protect enterprise data assets with secure-by-design capabilities across the organization.

You will own the lifecycle of critical security tools, partner with engineering and security teams, and drive data governance, DLP, access controls, and lifecycle management in an agile environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product scoping, discovery, framing, owning and managing a backlog for a digital product team.
• 1 year or more coaching/mentoring in product management peers across a technology org.
• Strong understanding of security, secure SDLC, data protection, governance and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Define Product Strategy, Vision, roadmap and success metrics for security products.
• Set measurable outcomes and KPIs for each product.
• Plan for scalability and evolving security needs with AI-enabled workflows.
• Collaborate with engineering/security to deliver secure-by-default capabilities and governance features.
