• 3+ years product management experience.
• Insurance product domain knowledge.
• Policy administration ecosystem knowledge.
• Experience delivering business outcomes through a product mindset.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategy, roadmap, and value delivery.
• Author, test, prioritize, and accept user stories.
• Manage and maintain the product backlog.
• Define and monitor metrics to measure product performance.
• Lead discovery and prioritization activities.
• Collaborate across Underwriting, Pricing, Claims, CX, Marketing, Legal, and Technology.
