Job summary

Caraway Home, Inc. seeks a Digital Product Manager to own our onsite experimentation program and drive improvements that boost conversion and incremental revenue across PDPs, cart, and checkout.

You’ll partner with Engineering, UX, Growth, Analytics, and Marketing to translate insights into prioritized work, manage the experimentation roadmap, and ensure high-quality QA and tracking. This is a fully remote role with a strong focus on data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of product management, growth, or CRO experience.
• Experience designing, launching, and analyzing A/B tests.
• Hands-on HTML/CSS editing and browser dev tools.
• Ability to turn insights into hypotheses, prioritization, and roadmaps.
• Experience with commerce platforms and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Own onsite experimentation program and drive conversion improvements.
• Shape customer experience across PDPs, cart, checkout, homepage, and PLPs.
• Partner with Engineering, UX, Growth, Analytics, Marketing to measure impact.
• Define backlog, sprint planning, release readiness, and post‑launch reviews.
• Deliver monthly readouts on experiment outcomes and incremental revenue.
