Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Product Management, Marketing, Computer Science, or related technical field.
- 2+ years of experience in digital product management, IoT, or related areas.
- Experience with hardware, firmware, mobile apps, or cloud-connected systems.
- Strong understanding of connected products, mobile apps, wireless comms, and digital ecosystems.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional technical programs from concept to commercialization.
Responsibilities
- Lead product strategy, roadmaps, requirements, and lifecycle for digital HVAC products.
- Drive development of smart tools and connected equipment and related diagnostics.
- Identify market opportunities and customer needs.
- Collaborate with engineering, firmware, software, and UX/UI teams to enhance connectivity and user experience.
- Lead products from concept through validation to commercialization.
