Job Description Rheem is seeking a customer-focused Digital Product Manager to lead TotalView, Rheem’s connected fleet monitoring platform. This role is central to our mission of delivering connected experiences that enhance our physical products and drive customer value.
The Digital Product Manager will define and execute the fleet monitoring platform's vision, manage the roadmap, and guide cross-functional teams through the full lifecycle - from discovery and MVP definition to launch, iteration, and scale. Collaboration with engineering, UX, marketing, and hardware teams will be key to ensuring seamless integration between digital and physical systems.
This role requires a strong blend of technical acumen, user empathy, and business strategy. You’ll translate customer needs and market opportunities into innovative features that improve performance, drive engagement, and support Rheem’s leadership in connected solutions.
This position will serve Rheem North America, located in Roswell, GA (Hybrid) and Indianapolis, IN (Hybrid). This role follows our hybrid work arrangement, with team members working in the office Monday through Thursday and remotely on Fridays.
