Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking a Digital Product Management Specialist for a 6-month remote engagement, supporting North America Deliver Reporting & Analytics initiatives. The role bridges business stakeholders and technical teams to translate priorities into actionable roadmaps across SCCS, CHOPs, and Customer Service.

The ideal candidate builds strong relationships, focuses on customer experience, and guides digital products through transformation and analytics strategy with measurable business

Qualifications

• Experience translating business needs into product requirements and roadmaps.
• Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Familiarity with analytics, reporting, and automation concepts.

Responsibilities

• Partner with SCCS, CHOPs, Customer Experience, and other stakeholders to identify priorities and opportunities.
• Define and maintain the roadmap for reporting, analytics, automation, AI, CRM, and CX solutions.
• Translate business needs into product requirements, user stories, and business cases for development teams.
• Facilitate discussions between business users, developers, and analytics teams to align priorities and outcomes.
• Support backlog management, feature prioritization, and release communications.
• Define success metrics and measure product value realization.
• Develop executive-ready presentations and strategic materials for leadership.
• Assist with product adoption, stakeholder communications, and change management.
