The role emphasizes business-facing leadership, governance of roadmaps, and collaboration across cross-functional teams to drive digital transformation and successful product outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience managing software products from concept through launch.
• Experience leading discovery activities, partnering with stakeholders to understand business needs.
• Strong knowledge of product management principles, Agile software development practices, and requirements management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, collaboration, and stakeholder management across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with digital engineering, visualization, GIS, analytics, data, or AI-enabled products is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital products and solutions.
• Gather, prioritize, and translate business needs into user stories and requirements for development teams.
• Collaborate with development teams throughout the product lifecycle from concept to launch.
• Lead product demonstrations, launches, and stakeholder communications for internal and external audiences.
• Coach team members, coordinate workloads, and remove cross-functional delivery obstacles.
