Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Product Management Lead to drive digital transformation by defining product vision, strategy, and roadmaps. You will work with business stakeholders, product owners and development teams to ensure products deliver measurable value and align with priorities.

Under the Senior Manager of Digital Enablement, you will lead strategy, stakeholder engagement, agile delivery, and communications, while coaching teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience managing software products from concept through launch.
• Discovery with stakeholders to identify needs and prioritize opportunities.
• Strong knowledge of product management and Agile practices.
• Ability to translate needs into executable requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience with data, analytics or AI-enabled products is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy and roadmaps for digital solutions.
