Qualifications

• Experience managing software products from concept through launch.
• Experience leading discovery activities with stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of product management principles and Agile practices.
• Ability to translate stakeholder needs into actionable requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with digital engineering, GIS, analytics, or AI-enabled products is preferred.
• Self-motivated, innovative and highly collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage product vision, value proposition, strategy, and roadmap for digital products and solutions.
• Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, workshops, and feedback sessions to identify needs and requirements.
• Gather, prioritize, and translate business needs into user stories and actionable requirements.
• Monitor product adoption and performance; adjust roadmaps as needed.
• Support evaluation of innovative ideas and emerging technologies.
