Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Digital Product Designer to elevate customer experiences across our web commerce ecosystem.

You will own the end-to-end design process and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Research, and Analytics to deliver scalable, customer-centered solutions. You will design across browse, search, product evaluation, and checkout experiences, using qualitative and quantitative insights and contributing to the Design System.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital product design, UX/UI, or related field.
• Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end experience shipping customer-facing digital products.
• Strong visual, UX, and interaction design skills with a customer-centered approach.
• Expert proficiency in Figma, prototyping, design systems, and developer handoff workflows.
• Experience in agile environments and cross-functional product teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design process for web initiatives from discovery to delivery.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Research, and Analytics to identify opportunities and measure outcomes.
• Design intuitive, responsive experiences across the digital commerce journey.
• Apply qualitative and quantitative insights to inform design decisions.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs with detailed specs.
• Contribute to and evolve the Design System for consistency and accessibility.
• Collaborate with Brand, Marketing, Content, and Merchandising to translate brand vision.
• Work with engineering throughout development, provide handoffs, QA, and UAT support.
• Participate in design reviews and agile ceremonies to drive quality and collaboration.
• Leverage AI tools to improve design quality, speed, and effectiveness.
