Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Digital Product Designer to shape customer experiences across our web commerce ecosystem.

You will own end-to-end design for web initiatives, collaborating with product, engineering, research, and analytics to define solutions and measure outcomes. You will design intuitive, responsive experiences across browse, search, product evaluation, and checkout, applying qualitative and quantitative insights to inform decisions and ensure implementation-ready

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital product design, UX/UI, or a related field.
• A portfolio demonstrating end-to-end experience designing and shipping customer-facing digital products.
• Strong visual, UX, and interaction design skills with a customer-centered approach to problem solving.
• Expert proficiency in Figma, including prototyping, design systems, and developer handoff workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end design process for web initiatives from discovery to delivery and optimization.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Research, and Analytics to identify opportunities and measure outcomes.
• Design intuitive, responsive experiences across the digital commerce journey.
• Apply qualitative and quantitative insights to inform design decisions.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity designs, and detailed specifications.
• Contribute to and evolve the Design System for consistency and accessibility.
• Collaborate with Brand, Marketing, Content, and Merchandising to translate brand vision.
• Provide design QA and support during implementation and UAT.
• Participate in design reviews and agile ceremonies to drive quality and collaboration.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to improve design quality and speed.
