Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Digital Product Designer to elevate customer experiences across our web commerce ecosystem.

You’ll work with Product, Engineering, Research, and Analytics to translate strategy into scalable, user-centered solutions. As part of the Experience & Digital Product Team, you’ll own the design process from discovery to delivery, contribute to the Design System, and ensure accessibility and brand storytelling across experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital product design, UX/UI, or related field.
• A portfolio demonstrating end-to-end experience designing and shipping customer-facing digital products.
• Strong visual, UX, and interaction design skills with a customer-centered approach.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end design process for web initiatives from discovery through delivery.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Research, and Analytics to identify opportunities and measure outcomes.
• Design intuitive, responsive experiences across the digital commerce journey (browse, search, product evaluation, purchase).
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity designs, and detailed specifications.
