Job summary

Hollstadt Consulting is seeking a Digital Product Manager to drive the vision, strategy, business requirements, and roadmap for an assigned digital product. The role champions user experience through data-driven discovery and ensures alignment with client priorities and goals.

You will work with cross-functional teams across design, IT, analytics, marketing, and platform partners to deliver impactful product outcomes. A Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of digital product management are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing complex products or a family of multiple products.
• Prior health care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the full lifecycle of the assigned product, defines vision, manages scope and OKRs, and ensures on-time delivery within budget.
• Leads a cross-functional team including design, IT, analytics, marketing, and other stakeholders.
• Applies Agile methodologies, manages sprints and cadence, and drives product strategy and development execution.
• Maintains stakeholder relationships and communicates progress, risks, and decisions clearly.
• Uses market and user feedback to guide future product and feature development.

Skills
