Job summary

Apex Group is seeking a Digital Product Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery across digital product teams, coaching, facilitating ceremonies, and removing impediments to deliver business value. You will enable cross-functional collaboration with Product, Technology, Data, and business stakeholders in a global setting.

The role emphasizes servant leadership, continuous improvement, and alignment of product backlogs to objectives, with four in-office days required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
• CSM/PSM/SAFe Scrum Master certifications preferred.
• Agile, Lean, or project delivery certifications desirable.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate sprint ceremonies and coach teams in Agile practices.
• Support Product Owners in prioritising backlogs.
• Manage delivery risks, dependencies, and team capacity.
• Foster collaboration across Product, Technology, Data, and business stakeholders.
• Track Agile metrics and drive continuous improvement.
