Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading professional services, delivery, or customer success teams with business outcomes.
• 3+ years of people leadership including coaching, performance management, workforce planning, and role clarity.
• Demonstrated ability to manage financial and operational performance (revenue, margin, utilization).
• Strong knowledge of professional services delivery models, customer value realization, and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Own portfolio performance across revenue, margin, utilization, backlog health, delivery capacity, and resource planning.
• Lead delivery execution to improve predictability, quality, time to value, customer experience, and escalation management across various delivery motions.
• Translate product pillar priorities and financial targets into portfolio plans and measurable delivery outcomes.
• Partner with Process Architecture to standardize delivery practices and scalable workflows.
• Identify and adopt tooling and AI-enabled delivery practices to improve portfolio execution.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Support, Renewals, and leadership to align roadmaps and outcomes.
• Use data to identify risks and improve delivery performance and renewal readiness.
• Lead global delivery teams with clear expectations, coaching, and engagement.
