Blackbaud is seeking a Financials & Grantmaking Pillar Service Leader, Senior Manager, in Customer Success Services. You will drive portfolio performance across revenue, margin, utilization, backlog health, and capacity planning, while leading global delivery teams and partnering with Product, Sales, and CS to align strategy with customer value realization.
You will build scalable delivery practices, use portfolio insights to improve outcomes, and guide workforce planning and leadership
Qualificações
- 5+ years leading professional services or product-aligned delivery teams.
- 3+ years of people leadership including coaching and workforce planning.
- Strong ability to manage financial and operational performance including revenue and margin.
- Experience with multisite or globally distributed teams is a plus.
Responsabilidades
- Own portfolio performance across revenue, margin, utilization, backlog health, and resource planning.
- Lead delivery execution to improve predictability, quality, time to value, and customer experience.
- Translate pillar priorities into portfolio operating plans and team priorities.
- Partner to adopt tooling, automation, and AI-enabled delivery practices.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Support, Renewals, and leadership to align roadmaps and outcomes.
