Job summary

Epredia is seeking a Business Development Representative for Digital Pathology to drive growth in the Northeast US. You will manage a territory, build a robust pipeline, and partner with internal teams to win new accounts in clinical and lab spaces.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years in capital equipment sales, 2+ years in digital pathology, and up to 75% travel. Remote field position with compensation in the $132,750–$150,000 range and a discretionary bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 5+ years of capital equipment sales experience in clinical or research settings.
• 2+ years in digital pathology industry preferred.
• Strong technical writing skills for lab/hospital environments and field work.
• Up to 75% travel required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual product sales goals set for the territory.
• Develop and implement a successful sales strategy for rapid revenue growth and market share expansion in the territory.
• Work collaboratively with sales and service counterparts to achieve Epredia performance targets.
• Interpret and understand customer user requirements, and how they relate to product functionality and performance.
• Manage region and DP product portfolio to achieve quarterly goals.
• Coordinate and perform product demos, installs, and customer training with the Field Applications team.
• Collaborate on commercialization efforts with Marketing for new products and software launches.
• Own the sales process and closing from Account Executive and other lead generating salespeople.
• Report, track, and manage all opportunities and customer data in SFDC.
• Review available technical literature to maintain an awareness of current IHC and digital pathology opportunities and regulatory rules-including appropriate market positioning.
