Job summary

The Daily Pour is a fast-growing media company seeking a Sales Associate to accelerate revenue across our digital offerings. You will hunter and close new business with brands and agencies, selling influencer campaigns, sponsored content, website advertising, newsletters, and custom programs.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales experience.
• Proven ability to prospect, build relationships, and close new business.
• Experience selling digital advertising, sponsorships, influencer marketing campaigns, or integrated marketing programs is preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset and a results-driven approach.
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities simultaneously.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
• Experience in media, advertising, sponsorship, influencer marketing, beverage alcohol, CPG, lifestyle, hospitality, or related industries is preferred, but not required.
• Existing agency or brand relationships are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new business opportunities with brands, agencies, and marketing decision-makers
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, and industry relationships
• Develop and deliver customized advertising and sponsorship proposals
• Sell integrated marketing programs across The Daily Pour's digital ecosystem
• Conduct sales presentations and partnership discussions with prospective clients
• Negotiate and close sponsorship, advertising, influencer marketing, and branded content agreements
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative campaign concepts and solutions
• Manage opportunities through the full sales cycle, from prospecting through renewal
• Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and sales reporting
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue goals
• Support sponsorship sales efforts for The Daily Pour's portfolio of live events, festivals, and experiential activations as needed
• Represent The Daily Pour at industry events, conferences, festivals, and trade shows as needed
