Job summary

Win Without War is recruiting a Digital Associate to support email and SMS campaigns, content creation, and data-driven outreach. This entry-level position offers hands-on experience building digital fundraising and activist engagement with guidance from the Digital Director.

Qualifications

1–2+ years in email advocacy, digital fundraising, or online organizing
Experience with CRMs, email campaigning, SMS campaigning, and other digital activism tools
Commitment to equity and centering marginalized communities in campaigning
Clear, compelling writing for emails and updates; strong attention to detail
Comfort with Google Docs, basic HTML, and Excel formulas

Responsibilities

Play a key role in email and SMS processes: targeting, calendaring, testing, analytics, and recommendations
Build and send emails, texts, and other digital content
Move content through approvals; revise and ensure quality before launch
Identify opportunities for high-impact campaigns with internal teams and partners
Monitor digital trends to inform strategy and workflows
Assist with tracking analytics to measure performance and identify risks
Draft fundraising and advocacy content to grow activism and revenue
Participate in vendor meetings and movement listservs
Other duties as needed
