Job summary

Advantage Truck Group (ATG) is seeking a proactive Marketing Program Manager (Digital & CRM) to drive our CRM rollout and multi-channel digital strategy. You will oversee email automation, website strategy, SEO, paid campaigns, and local listings across eight dealerships.

The role is primarily remote with occasional in-person meetings in MA/VT/NH. Candidates must reside within driving distance for onsite collaboration 1–2 times per month.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of digital marketing, email execution or marketing automation experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field preferred.
• Experience with modern CRMs/Marketing Automation platforms and CMS.”

Responsibilities

• Support CRM rollout and ongoing email automation operations.
• Manage website strategy and organic performance including SEO/AEO.
• Coordinate paid and display campaigns and track ROI.
• Oversee Google Business Profile updates and local listings across locations.
