Job summary

The Trevor Project is seeking a Digital Marketing Strategist to drive integrated campaigns across channels from a remote location in the continental United States, Alaska, or Hawaii. You will collaborate with Marketing, Content, Development, and Communications to translate data into actionable marketing plans and outcomes.

You will lead SEO, AEO, and GEO initiatives, manage campaigns with tools like MailChimp, Asana, WordPress, and SproutSocial, and report to the Director of Marketing

Qualifications

• Experience developing data-driven marketing strategies.
• Strong SEO, AEO, and GEO capabilities.
• Ability to quickly react to changing conditions and identify risks.
• Asana or other project management software.
• Google Suite proficiency.
• GA4 familiarity.
• Basic WordPress experience.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multi-channel strategy across teams via Quarterly Planning to create distribution plans and activate across all Trevor channels.
• Leverage data to optimize activations and campaigns per-channel in coordination with channel owners to meet key goals.
• Investigate reported data during monthly/quarterly reporting to assist stakeholders with insights and narratives.
• Utilize MailChimp, Asana, WordPress, and SproutSocial for project implementation and reporting.
• Use audience research to understand audiences and apply learnings to activations.
• Lead SEO, AEO, and GEO optimization efforts and implementations.
• Provide marketing and content strategy consultation to internal teams and external partners as needed.
• Support cross-department communications related to project plans and reporting.
