Team Velocity Marketing is seeking a Digital Performance Manager to bridge execution and strategy for a portfolio of dealership accounts. You will optimize campaigns, translate data into actionable insights, and maintain high-quality client support in a remote, full-time role.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented with strong communication and organizational skills, comfortable working across Google Ads, Meta, and other platforms, and capable of leading client calls and delivering measurable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Marketing, Advertising, Business or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in digital marketing or account management.
• Demonstrated experience with Google Ads, Meta and other digital advertising platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day performance of dealership accounts, optimizing campaigns toward client goals.
• Monitor pacing, performance trends and KPIs across digital channels.
• Conduct regular audits and implement opportunities for improvement.
• Execute optimizations to improve lead volume, cost efficiency and ROI.
• Provide client updates and build strong, transparent relationships.
