DealerOn, Inc. is seeking a Manager of Digital Advertising to lead the team and standardize processes across the unit. This full-time remote role focuses on retention, account performance, and client satisfaction while aligning with company goals.

You will hire, coach, and manage consultants, oversee budgets and KPI reporting, and collaborate with OEM teams to enhance client strategies. The role demands strong leadership and measurable results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 7 years in digital ad operations and programmatic advertising.
• 5 years in a management role.
• Proven success managing multiple digital advertising clients.
• Strong proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads Manager.
• Solid SEM knowledge.
• Excellent communication and deadline-focused.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Digital Advertising team to achieve KPI targets.
• Hire, supervise, and train Digital Advertising Trainees and staff.
• Conduct regular one-on-ones to foster growth and feedback.
• Escalate high-profile client issues and ensure client satisfaction.
• Oversee monthly budget updates and billing reconciliation with finance.
• Maintain KPI reports for senior management.
• Collaborate with OEM and other teams to support client strategies.
• Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and innovation.
