Gleaners Food Bank of Indiana is seeking a Digital Content Specialist to lead storytelling across our digital channels, shoot and edit photos and videos, and own the day-to-day management of all organic social media for the organization.

You will collaborate with the Creative Services Specialist to maintain brand standards, plan content, manage editorial calendars, and support email marketing using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, website updates, and online fundraising pages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, or related field.
• 2+ years of social media management experience for a brand or organization preferred.
• Strong understanding of social media spaces, communities, and trends.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with marketing, fundraising, and senior leadership to create engaging content aligned with brand.
• Own day-to-day management of all organic social media channels; plan, schedule, post and analyze content.
• Shoot and edit photo/video content within brand parameters.
• Manage storytelling assets; maintain centralized story bank.
• Assist with email marketing, including monthly newsletter using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Support website management and fundraising campaign pages as needed.
• Monitor engagement and adapt content strategy with external partners; stay ahead of trends.
