C2N Diagnostics, a St. Louis based biotechnology company focused on commercializing high-quality in vitro diagnostics for neurodegenerative conditions, is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join its growing Marketing team.

This remote, execution-focused role delivers hands-on digital campaigns across website, social media, email and other channels, translating strategy into compliant content. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will collaborate with Medical, Legal and Compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
• 2+ years hands-on digital marketing experience in healthcare or regulated industries.
• Experience creating digital campaigns from concept to launch.
• Proficient with social media management, website content, and digital campaigns.
• Experience working with agencies and managing revisions.
• Familiar with MLR review processes.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to translate complex clinical content to marketing materials.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, collaborative setting.
• Experience with CMS and analytics platforms.

Responsabilités

• Execute digital marketing campaigns across website, social media, email.
• Update and manage content for company websites.
• Develop social media calendars, copy, assets, scheduling.
• Create digital briefs and coordinate assets with agencies.
• Coordinate agency feedback and revisions to meet objectives.
• Coordinate MLR review and approval for digital materials.
• Maintain campaign calendars and project timelines.
• Support paid and organic digital campaigns.
• Monitor performance and report metrics.
• Identify opportunities to improve content and engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate clinical info.
• Maintain digital content libraries.
