Beacon Biosignals is transforming precision medicine for the brain with an at‑home EEG platform. We seek a Marketing Operations professional to turn strategy into action, manage the tech stack, coordinate events, own customer communications, and build scalable marketing systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years experience in Marketing Operations or Marketing Analytics.
• Deep expertise with CRM and marketing automation platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean, actionable data across diagnostics marketing and sales systems.
• Implement tagging structures and workflows to improve team efficiency.
• Manage the marketing attribution model across touchpoints.
• Own day-to-day CRM execution: email campaigns, workflows, lead tracking, and list management.
• Build and manage editorial calendar and LinkedIn presence; coordinate content refreshes.
