Beacon Biosignals is transforming precision medicine for the brain, spanning clinical development to care. Our Diagnostics arm is building an at-home platform for precision diagnostics, combining EEG signals for reimbursable assessments of sleep and CNS disorders.

We seek an organized marketing professional to own Marketing Operations and Analytics, managing CRM, data, digital campaigns, events, and sales enablement while building systems that help marketing and sales work smarter.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations or Marketing Analytics
• Deep expertise with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
• Experience in medical device, diagnostics, marketing
• Familiarity with FDA-regulated promotional content and compliance review processes
• Experience with Framer, Webflow, or similar no-code CMS platforms
• Background supporting a dual or multi-audience brand
• Basic design literacy; experience providing feedback on marketing collateral

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean, actionable data across diagnostics marketing and sales systems with RevOps collaboration
• Implement tagging structures and workflows to improve efficiency
• Manage marketing attribution and day-to-day CRM execution (email campaigns, workflows, lead tracking)
• Maintain diagnostic-specific pages on our Framer CMS and coordinate content refreshes
• Build and manage editorial calendar and LinkedIn presence, with expansion to other platforms
• Track awareness days, milestones, and content timing for relevancy
• Manage digital campaigns including copy, design, UTM tracking, vendor management and ROI analysis
• Collaborate with designers to produce visuals and data storytelling
• Develop sales enablement materials for sleep physicians, neurologists, and PCPs
• Support cross-functional projects and manage Asana boards
• Build ICPs with targeted messaging and value props
