somewhere is seeking a Digital Marketing Customer Success Manager to serve as the main liaison for clients and coordinate with internal teams across SEO, Paid Media, Creative, and Strategy. You will drive alignments with client goals, manage timelines, and ensure smooth project delivery.

The role emphasizes building strong client relationships, communicating clearly in emails and video calls, and proactively identifying opportunities for additional services.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Services, Digital Marketing, or similar
• Experience with digital marketing clients, agencies, or marketing teams
• Fundamentals of digital marketing including SEO, Paid Search, Paid Social, content, creative, or web development
• Agency experience is highly preferred
• Exceptional organization and ability to manage multiple clients, projects, and deadlines
• Strong client relationships and a genuine desire to help clients succeed

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned clients
• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients
• Lead client communication via email, Slack, and video calls
• Prepare agendas, presentations, and client-facing materials for meetings
• Coordinate with SEO, Paid Media, Creative, Development, and Strategy teams to keep client work moving
• Manage client requests, deliverables, timelines, and action items in Asana
• Follow up with internal teams and clients to ensure commitments are completed on time
• Communicate project updates, changes, risks, and next steps clearly and proactively
• QA client-facing materials and deliverables before they are presented or launched
• Monitor account progress and help ensure work remains aligned with client objectives
• Identify opportunities for additional services or strategic initiatives based on client needs and business goals
• Support account planning, campaign planning, and ongoing client strategy discussions
• Document important client information, decisions, feedback, and next steps
• Collaborate with leadership and internal teams to continuously improve the client experience
